To Submit the Student Application Form and Project Proposal:

1. Enter your X500 ID in the box below. (Example: xxxx1234 not xxxx1234@umn.edu)

2. Use the "Browse" button below to select the Application Form.

3. Use the "Browse" button below to select the Project Proposal File.

4. Click on the "Submit" button.
