Background Questionnaire

Two versions of questionnaire dealing with the students' academic backgrounds and aspirations.

Rotter Control Scale

Elicitation of an individual's perception about the locus of control.  The scale is a reproduction of the Rotter I:E Scale developed by Julian B. Rotter & others in 1966.

Calculus-Based Course Survey

Survey conducted with faculty from various departments in the Institute of Technology on their desires and expectations from the introductory calculus-based physics course (i.e. Introductory Physics for Science & Engineering).

Algebra-Based Course Survey

Survey conducted with faculty from various departments on their desires and expectations from the introductory algebra-based physics course (i.e. Introductory College Physics).

Biology Survey

Survey conducted with faculty from various Biological Science Departments on their desires and expectations from the introductory physics course with biological emphasis (i.e. Introductory Physics for Pre-Medicine & Biology).
