Description: A double physical pendulum is constructed from bars
of aluminum. When the pendulum is given a small initial
displacement, its motion is predictable. When the pendulum is given a
large initial displacement, its motion becomes chaotic. A second pendulum is
mounted on the same stand. Start both with the same initial conditions and
wait to see how long it takes for them to diverge from each other.
