Description: An accelerometer is on a low friction cart.
An elastic rope is also attached to the cart. The bob will indicate an
acceleration when the cart is initially pushed. As the cart travels down
the lecture bench, the bob remains vertical. Pulling on the cord will
cause the cart to accelerate again when it changes direction.
