Description: A meter stick is held by the instructor while a
student waits to catch it. The instructor releases the stick
and the student catches it some distance up the stick, d. This
distance can be converted to reaction time.
Special Instructions: Use a stop watch to determine the
acceleration of the stick.
Ideally For: Phys 1101, 1201, 1301, 1401
