DC and AC Generators on Galvanometer

Description: A small coil of wire, at the end of an arm, is free to
rotate in a magnetic field. The brushes of the generator are connected to
a galvanometer. When DC connections are made, the galvanometer will
deflect in only one direction, depending on the direction of rotation. In
AC configuration, the galvanometer will deflect alternate between positive
and negative.
Special Instructions: Turn the arm slowly.
