Description: A small coil of wire, at the end of an arm, is free to
rotate in a magnetic field. A 12 V battery provides DC current to the
coil. When the switch between the battery and coil is closed, the coil
rotates.
Special Instructions: If the coil doesn't rotate, turn it
slightly.
Ideally For: Phys 1102, 1202, 1302, 1402
