Description: A neon lamp is placed in parallel with a capacitor in a
series RC circuit. The neon lamp fires at approximately 80 V and will
cause the capacitor to charge and discharge at a given rate.
Special Instructions: The resistance is variable so the period of
the circuit can be changed.
