Tenth Conference on the Intersections of Particle and Nuclear Physics
CIPANP is a conference designed to explore areas of interest to people working in elementary particle physics, nuclear physics, astrophysics, astroparticle physics and cosmology. Topics include both theory, experiment and instrumentationin fundamental interactions, elementary particles, nuclei, astrophysical phenomena and cosmic rays. CIPANP 2009 encourages participation by scientists with diverse backgrounds. Limited financial assistance is available to CIPANP 2009 participants in order to facilitate achieving this goal. The CIPANP 2009 Proceedings will be published by the American Institute of Physics.
